A LITTLE AUTUMN FUN

Can you believe that it is October and the thermometer said this...

 

Yes your seeing that correctly...it was a beautiful fall day!  How about a little fall fun!

How about a little stick chewing....or

 

digging threw the leaves that mom just raked and spreading them all over again...or

 

doggie football

or

 

birdwatching

or

a little refreshment for mom(hehe)

Moscato anyone?

Then the sky turned dark

and this happened.....

 

Yes, we had a cold front come threw, but we sure had a great autumn day!

 

 

 



SEPTEMBER CAMPING

Originally we were planning a weekend camping trip for my husband and I and the 6 dogs, but....when my daughter offered to dog sit for the weekend I of course jumped at it!  I was really glad, since it rained the first night from about 6 to midnight and it wouldn't of been good having 6 wet dogs in a tent with us....2 was enough.

 

 Yes my husband was trying to disguise himself as a dog here.  He picked up that great hat at the camp store.

The best part of camping is the perked coffee in the woods on a cool crisp morning...it doesn't get any better then that.

THUNDER AND LIGHTNING....VERY, VERY FRIGHTNING

Thunderstorms scare us!  With that said we can say we had a very restless night and mom had to keep telling Dexter to hush every time it thundered...he commenced to bark after every boom!

It was another sleepover nite with our favs, Ava and Alexa, and how they managed to sleep threw the night we will never no.  It stormed all night and into the day so it was nice to have Alexa comfort us when mom and dad were busy.

Wow, it looks like night time and its really noon.  Ava is checking out the storm but she isn't scared like us.

We feel so much better now.  Alexa said we could watch Dora the explorer with her, she is our best friend!



GOOD MORNING!

We were so lucky to have a sleepover again with our two favorite girls( actually we have 4 favorite girls, but Sundai rose ad Olivia Lynn are to young to play with )  Our most favorite thing to do in the morning is give alot of kisses and try to share there breakfast( mom says "no" to that )

Here's our new baby Olivia, we cant wait tell she has a sleepover too!

This is Sundai Rose, she is 2 months old already!

As you can see, we are pretty lucky to have alot of little faces and hands to lick, and a lot of little people to play with...anybody wanna play in the sandbox?



A BEAUTIFUL WINTER DAY TO PLAY

Wow if it didn't say so on the calender, we wouldn't think it was still winter.  The sun was so shiny and warm and mom took us outside to play while she went to get some things from her greenhouse.  There was alot of neat things to play with out there and we had so much fun! A big snowstorm was suppose to bring 6-12 inches of snow and we got nothing. I guess we were meant to not have winter this year....but we are now expecting another storm with heavy wet snow which looks like we are going to be hard hit on the lake shore....but it will be warm next week(in the 50s) so the nice thing is we wont have to look at it for long!

We all love balls..doesnt every doggie?  The bigger the better.  Mom was doing some "spring" cleaning in the basement and found a new football for us.  We were so excited!

Every night at 4 o'clock  the doggies line up at the window to wait for there daddy and they do not leave the window until he shows up.

Nope, no dad yet

But today they decided to leave the window and have a tug of war with poor teddy while I was cooking supper.

When I came back to see what was going on poor teddy wasn't feeling so well...and dad was home!

It wasn't me.

We live for this moment, (don't tell dad about teddy)
